Visit to Newmerella Primary School Print
Visit to Newmerella Primary School Today at the Snowy River Campus we had a rest day in which we planned a trip to Newmerella Primary School since they had attended our LLP Day and wanted us to go to their school this time and look at their projects.

The drive was long and beautiful because it had rained in the morning so everything was so green and wonderful as we drove alongside the paddocks.

We had arrived to find the students anxiously awaiting our arrival by standing on the fence waving and shouting. We were then greeted inside where we watched the Newmerella student’s projects which they had prepared for the day.

After they had finished their presentations, we all had recess in which they provided food for us and we all played basketball. We then went back inside so that the students could finish their presentations and take us out to play a game of soccer. Soccer was really fun because it was SRC vs. Newmerella and everyone had fun playing the game in the mud. We then packed up, said goodbye to the students and drove the bus back to the SRC.
