Reflections on Rest Day - Indigo & Brandyn Print

REST DAY by Indigo

Despite being confined to campus, we still had a fun-filled day.
Passports and CLPs were worked on and the Passport art is starting to look good. Food was prepared for tomorrow’s Mexican night and birthday cakes were made. Yum! : )
Today brought lots of rain and some big thunderstorms. We all enjoyed jumping in puddles and slipping down the mini rivers, or at least watching.
Today was our second-last Rest Day and we sure made it count. 14 days to go, but we all wish it would never end.

REST DAY by Brandyn

Today was a very wet and rainy day. We were kept inside most of the day until Jake and Ryan suggested the idea to go outside. I know I was out there straight away and most other people were to. We played in puddles and slid down miniature rivers. It was the most fun I’ve had in a long time. Most people went feral once they had their first slide until afternoon tea was announced and it was cake time!
We made a fair mess inside but we had to fix it if we wanted to eat cake. Before all of this fun most of us were doing Passport work or writing emails.
We were then watching a movie and eating beautiful lunches which consisted of bacon sandwiches. It was a fun day and we all unleashed our inner-child again!
